Toyota Techstream v18 (2025) – Toyota & Lexus Diagnostics

Toyota Techstream v18 (2025) is the factory scan software for Toyota, Lexus, and Scion — the same tool the dealer uses, running on your own Windows laptop.

What vehicles does it cover?

Toyota, Lexus, and Scion from 1996 to current (DLC3 / J1962 OBD). All systems — engine, transmission, ABS/TRAC/VSC, SRS airbag, body, and network.

Can I program keys with it?

Yes — one of the most popular uses. Techstream handles key registration and immobilizer programming, so you can add chipped keys and remotes yourself.

What else can it do?

• Read/clear DTCs across every module
• Live data, active tests, and utilities
• ECU reprogramming (per Toyota TSBs)
• Health checks and service resets
• Customize settings (door locks, lighting, windows)

What adapter/cable?
