Hino Diagnostic eXplorer 3 (DX3) is the dealer-level software for Hino trucks. Quick answers before you buy:

Which Hinos does it cover?

Hino cab/chassis electrical from 2005 to present, and Hino engines (J05, J08, A09) from 2005–2021. Important: DX3 does not communicate with the Cummins B6.7 in the newest Hinos — those need Cummins software.

Can it clear a DPR light and derate?

Yes — the #1 reason shops buy it. DX3 runs DPR (Hino's DPF) manual regeneration, resets DPR learned values, and clears the codes causing the derate so you can move the truck and fix the root cause.

What service functions are included?

• Read/clear DTCs with freeze-frame and fault history
• Live data for engine, transmission, ABS, and body
• Injector coding and fuel-system priming
• EGR and DEF/aftertreatment tests
