Acom Bendix Pro Diagnostics Software 2024 v2

The 2024 v2 release of Bendix ACom Pro — the current build for newer trucks and trailers running Bendix EC-60, EC-80, and the latest ESP/stability controllers.

What's different from the 2023 build

Expanded ECU coverage for later model-year tractors, straight trucks, and trailers, plus refreshed troubleshooting trees and wiring references. If your fleet has recent trucks, this is the version that will recognize their brake ECUs.

What it diagnoses

Bendix air-brake safety systems — ABS, automatic traction control (ATC), and electronic stability (ESP/ESC). Typical faults it isolates:

• Wheel-speed sensor and exciter-ring codes (per wheel end)
• Modulator valve circuit faults
• Pressure-sensor and yaw/stability faults on ESP trucks

What you can do

• Read/clear active and event-history codes (including wheel-speed codes that won't self-clear)
• Run modulator and sensor tests
• Configure the ECU to the truck's axle layout (4S/2M, 6S/4M)
• Follow guided repair steps
