Collection: Freightliner Diagnostic Software – Detroit DiagnosticLink (DDDL)

Most Freightliners run a Detroit engine, so the core tool in this collection is Detroit DiagnosticLink (DDDL) — with Cummins coverage for the trucks that run an ISX/X15 instead.

Engines and trucks

  • Detroit DD13, DD15, DD16 (and DD5/DD8, Series 60) across EPA07 through GHG21/Gen5
  • Trucks: Cascadia, Columbia, Coronado, M2, 122SD and Western Star built on Detroit power
  • Cummins-powered Freightliners handled with Cummins INSITE

Standard vs. Professional

DiagnosticLink comes in two levels, and it matters for what you're trying to do:

  • Standard — read/clear codes, view parameters, run service routines and tests, edit some parameters
  • Professional — everything in Standard plus reprogramming the CPC, MCM, ACM and TCM

If you plan to flash modules or do a full engine reprogram, you need Professional.

Adapter

An RP1210 interface — Nexiq USB-Link 2/3 or DPA5.

Tell us your engine, model year and whether you need to program modules, and we'll match the right version and install it remotely.
